I was there, connecting … disconnecting … login in …  login off,  fighting hard against 10k tabs on my FireFox each of them displaying one billion of info-news-and-other-blahblahbla from my multiple Twitter accounts, Facebook pages, RSS, and blogs I follow and the evidence jump on my face : either I grow another head, 7 or 8 pairs of eyes and add a new multi-procs brain to process all those information with something more « user-friendly » , or I switch off my computer and put an end to my geek life because of a nervous breakdown … naaaaaaah or I seriously try to find a good « Social networking monitoring tool » ….

So the Quest for The Grail begins :
First, what do I need ? Something where I can :

TWITTER :

1. Having all my twitter accounts in one place
2. Twitting from there to each account
3. Having the option to manage my lists

FACEBOOK :

1. Seeing all the PAGES I manage
2. Updating/writing on those PAGES
3. Seeing my wall

RSS :

1. Having a cool interface/layout with a nice overview of the large amount of feeds. Definitely something less ugly than the google reader.

COFFEE MACHINE :

1. If it can make coffee … it will be definitely a plus !!

I’ve tested few solutions (Seesmic, Tweetdeck etc).
The purpose is not to do an extended listing of each product with pros and cons … because well …. it’s nearly noon and I have to do the meal task who suffers no delay !! :))

So for now, the winner is HOOTSUITE !!!!

Online solution, nothing to install, easy to register and config. Pretty cool.

Ok for the RSS and the coffee it’s not exactly the greatest solution but for the rest it works perfectly which means that I can stop Prosac. HURRAY !!
